Terms and conditions
Prices are included: transport by air-conditioned GT bus, multilingual guide, whispers where necessary, motor ship to Capri and ferry to Ischia and Procida, island tour by minibus to Capri and bus to Ischia.
Prices are not included: entrances to archaeological sites, museums, parks (free for EU citizens under 18 and reduced to 50% for EU citizens aged 18 to 25), lunches, drinks, tips, rentals and extras in general , all the services indicated as optional and anything not indicated in "Prices are included".
Cancellation policy: no penalty up to 24 hours before departure; less than 24 hours before 50% penalty; no-show penalty of 100%.
Refunds: in the event of changes to the timetable and / or itinerary for reasons not dependent on the organizing company, no refund will be provided. The organizing company reserves the right to cancel the excursion due to force majeure with the only obligation to reimburse the cost of the tour. All excursions will be made to a minimum of 18 participants.
Complaints: all complaints must be sent to info@domiziaincoming.it within 48 hours of the tour date. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
Voucher: Tourists must arrive at the indicated meeting point at least 5 minutes before the tour departure and be in possession of the relative voucher issued by the organization.
